Hoisin Glazed Salmon Burger sprinkled with sesame seeds then topped with sautéed mushrooms and leeks on a roll with lettuce and avocado. I ground the salmon and made my own parties much tastier than those frozen patties.
Photos from my trip to the ATL just walking around the city taking in the architecture.

Photos from The Great Googa Mooga Food Festival in Prospect Park, Brooklyn on 5-20-12. From food to music this was a great event for foodies. Now Sunday was apparently a more manageable day which made my experiece at the festival one a great fun. We never waited more than 10-12 minutes in any line. I was only dissappoiinted in one thing we at which was from Dirty Bird and they sold tasteless Buttermilk Chicken Fingers with terrible BBQ Sauce. The best thing we had was from the Meat Hook. I suggest they change the name cause it’s a turn off but the description was too good to pass up. They were hocking the Long Dong an artisinal sausage stuffed with cheese and jalapenos topped with a spicy slaw served on a hot dog bun, it was delicious. Favorite music of the day was Lez Zeppelin they kicked ass and were loud as hell. All in all I would defineltey go back next year.
Pork and Beef Sausage stuffed with cheese and jalapeños topped with a spicy slaw served on a hotdog bun from The Meat Hook Stand.
Brooklyn Soda Works Ginger Lemonade and Buttermilk Chicken Fingers with BBQ Sauce. This was the only disappointing meal of the day. The flavored soda was great but the buttermilk chicken finger had no taste what so ever. The BBQ Sauce didn’t even help.
